    PSA Nitrogen Generator

    The ULPPRO Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Nitrogen generator is an on‑site nitrogen production device manufactured in China. It efficiently and economically separates high‑purity nitrogen directly from the air, offering a safe and reliable alternative to traditional bottled nitrogen or liquid nitrogen supply. The unit features a skid‑mounted, highly integrated structure that is stable and easy to move.

    Using purified compressed air as the feed gas, the generator utilizes the difference in adsorption rates of carbon molecular sieve (CMS) for oxygen and nitrogen, achieving separation under ambient temperature and a certain pressure. The system typically consists of two adsorption towers (A and B) that automatically alternate between “pressurization‑adsorption” and “depressurization‑desorption” under PLC control, ensuring a continuous and stable supply of nitrogen with adjustable purity as required.

    One major advantage of our ULPPRP nitrogen generator is that it can be directly connected to an air compressor, forming a complete on‑site nitrogen production system. Together with oil‑free/oil‑injected screw air compressors, refrigerated air dryers, and precision filters, it creates an integrated “air treatment + nitrogen generation” solution.

    Yuzhen’s Screw Compressor is manufactured by Shanghai Hanbell. It is a professional factory specializing in the production of screw compressors and related products.

    We have independently developed a variety of refrigerant screw compressors to meet different needs in industrial production. Freezing screw compressors are mainly used in cold chain logistics, fresh-keeping cold storage at 0°C to -18°C, meat refrigeration and dairy product cooling in food processing, and chemical process cooling water systems. Low-temperature screw compressors are suitable for food quick-freezing at -30°C to -45°C, vacuum freeze-drying in pharmaceuticals and food, as well as certain chemical reaction processes such as carbon dioxide liquefaction. Air-conditioning screw compressors are used in commercial building central air conditioning for shopping malls, hotels, and office buildings, as well as in regional centralized cooling and heating stations. High-temperature heat pump screw compressors replace boilers to produce hot water or steam above 85°C, which is applied in electroplating, slaughtering, textiles, and food processing, while also recovering heat from wastewater, exhaust gases, and process cooling water.

    We also offer air end, including both single stage air end and two stage air end. The choice between different air end is based on the required discharge pressure and operational cost considerations. Single stage air end is economical and straightforward, making them the ideal choice for applications with conventional, non-demanding pressure requirements. In contrast, two stage air end is suitable for applications with strict requirements regarding air temperature and reliability, offering significant energy-saving benefits and a longer service life.

    Hanbell screw compressor offered by Yuzhen, manufactured in China, features an independently cooled motor design that separates the motor chamber from the compression chamber. A small amount of liquid refrigerant is used to cool the motor, maintaining it within an ideal operating temperature range while extending the motor's service life. The gaseous refrigerant after cooling the motor then enters the compression chamber for supplementary gas injection, preventing cooling capacity loss caused by motor cooling and enhancing the compressor's refrigeration capacity, with particularly noticeable effects in low-temperature applications.

    Yuzhen's vacuum pump, manufactured in China, is categorized into dry screw vacuum pumps and Oil lubricated Vacuum Pump, which are based on the working medium and sealing method within the core compression chamber during operation.

    The dry screw vacuum pump utilizes a pair of screws that rotate synchronously at high speed in opposite directions within the pump housing to achieve suction and exhaust. During operation, there is a certain gap between the screws, resulting in no friction between them. This ensures smooth and quiet operation with low noise levels. Since the working chamber requires no lubricating oil, the dry screw pump is capable of evacuating gases containing large amounts of water vapor and small amounts of dust. It offers higher ultimate vacuum levels and lower power consumption, making it primarily suitable for applications demanding extremely high cleanliness or where process gases could damage oil-based pumps, such as semiconductor and photovoltaic manufacturing, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, and food packaging and freeze-drying.

    On the other hand, Yuzhen's Oil lubricated Vacuum Pump, manufactured in China, is developed to address the fluctuating vacuum demands in production processes, where frequent start-stop cycles of vacuum pumps not only increase the risk of failure but also lead to energy wastage. By incorporating permanent magnet variable frequency drive technology, this vacuum pump can deliver the required flow for the system. This type of pump requires the injection of a small amount of special lubricating oil (or sealing oil) into the compression chamber, primarily for sealing, lubrication, and cooling purposes. However, the oil consumption is significantly lower than that of traditional oil-sealed mechanical pumps. It is particularly suitable for a wide range of applications, including plastics, glass, bottling, canning, wood processing, packaging, printing and papermaking, and meat packaging. Its performance surpasses that of traditional fixed-frequency technology, with an average energy savings of 50%.

With a wide range of heating capacity, from 170KW to 1726KW, it can produce steam at 105℃ to 120℃ or hot water at 85℃ to 120℃.
